Here is the floor plan to get an idea of what the space will look like

• The bottom left is the Transformer room from HangDog for scale.

• The blue arrows are the main entrances.

• The green is the padding.

• At the bottom there is training area with possibly a spray wall, or kilter board, or some other similar system.

• The ceiling in the area with no climbing walls is too low. That’s where we can have stretching areas and other low height activities.

• We’ve carefully shaped the walls to have safe and spacious climbing, standing, and sitting areas.

Questions

Bottom line is.. we are flexible. We can suit your needs. The only thing we can't do is refund your money immediately. If, for whatever reason, you need the money back, we are happy to give it to you. But you may have to wait until the business is profitable.

Can I give this as a present?

Yes, great idea. Hey Jo, for your Birthday, I got a you an epic boulder gym!

What happens to my current HangDog membership?

Your current membership will stop when the new facility opens.

What happens to my current 10 trip?

We can add the remaining value of you 10 trip to the new membership.

Can I support the project, but still climb at HangDog?

Yes. You can buy an FA membership for HangDog. We'll be able to use that money for the Willis Street Project.

When will the membership start?

On opening day, we are trending towards our opening day being mid February as we are just waiting on Council Permits to be able to open.

Can I pause the membership?

Yes, we can pause the membership for up to two years.

What if I don't like the new space?

We provide a money back guarantee. We can give you your money back if you don't use your membership. But you may have to wait until we can afford it.

Can I transfer the membership?

Yes, you’ll be able to give the membership to someone else.

What if I need the money back?

If your circumstances change, we will do our best to return the money to you. BUT we can’t guarantee that we will have the money to return immediately. Therefore, you may have to wait until the business has suitable income.

Once we are cash-positive, we’ll gladly give the money back.

How old can children be?

At this point, the minimum age will be 10 years old.

But if you buy your child a First-Ascent membership now, we'll allow your child as long as they are over 9.

Very strict supervision rules will apply.

What is the child price?

The child price is the same as the student.

Monday - Friday: 7am - 10pm

Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm

Off-Peak

On weekdays, arrive before 3:30 or after 8:15.

On weekends, we may have off-peak set to arriving after 5pm .
