Monthly Membership Terms

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Enjoy unlimited climbing at Faultline, Hangdog, or both.

  • No lock-in contract.

    • A minimum engagement of at least one full billing cycle (1 Month)

  • Sign-up fee of $35.

  • Shoe hire can be added for $28 per month.

  • 10% off all retail stocked by Faultline or Hangdog.

    • Excludes chalk or tape purchases. No discount to Trial Members.

  • Ongoing Memberships can be frozen at no cost for up to three months.

    • Frozen memberships lasting longer than three months are terminated.

  • Memberships are non-refundable.

    • They may be transferred in extenuating circumstances, such as an injury.

  • All ongoing memberships are billed on the first business day of each month

Trial Memberships

Get involved with a new sport without breaking the bank, or even for free with these beginner membership deals.

Conditions

You cannot have had a membership or 10-trip with either Hangdog or Faultline in the past 2 years, including previous trial memberships.

You are not eligible for membership discounts with trial memberships, and may not offer Guest of A Member as a trial member.

Already a member or 10-tripper at HangDog?

Members

You can transfer your membership online. Purchase a membership as per usual. When entering information select 'current HangDog member' and choose membership.

This will credit your account with the membership and you will only have to pay the difference.

10 Trips

All 10-trips are valid at both locations.

Transfer 10 Trip to membership

When upgrading from a 10-trip to a membership, we credit all remaining punches and deduct them from the cost of the membership. Each punch is valued at 10% of the price of the 10-trip you purchased. Any excess is added as credit to your account.
